Many people do not know there are two different types of Jews in the Jewish faith: Orthodox and Messianic. The one fact that separates the Orthodox Jew from the Messianic Jew is who they believe Jesus Christ is.

The Orthodox Jew believes that Jesus was a great teacher and prophet.  The Messianic Jew believes that Jesus was the true Son of God.

The main central argument that Orthodox Jews have with the Messanic Jew is that they claim Jesus Christ is only mentioned in the New Testament. However, in the verses that follow, I show references to prove that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.  This is because His birth, life, death and resurrection are prophesied before the New Testament was written. Read these verses for yourself:

Rejected by His own — Isaiah 53:3
Sold for 30 pieces of silver — Zechariah 11:12
Hated without a cause — Psalms 35:19
Silent to accusations — Isaiah 53:7
Spat upon and smitten — Isaiah 50:6
Became the sacrificial lamb — Isaiah 53:5
Given vinegar and gall — Psalms 69:21
Soldiers gambled for His coat — Psalms 22:18
Buried with the rich — Isaiah 53:9
Accused by false witnesses — Psalms 35:11
Crucified with criminals — Isaiah 53:12
Pierced hands, feet and side — Zechariah 12:10
No bones broken — Psalms 34:20
Resurrected from the dead — Psalms 49:15

I strongly urge you to study your Bible and pray to God for understanding. Many people are convinced the Bible is too hard to read and comprehend; yet they never pick one up, humble themselves before God and pray for wisdom. However, when you are able to do this, your eyes can then be opened so you see things in a different light.
